Mr. Khetrapal has been working with the manufacturing sector for more than 40 years, holding senior positions in big multinationals. However, for the recent decade, he has been a full-time trainer, and key keynote speaker and delivers several training sessions for technical as well as life/ soft skills. What we do !
We have Honorable Datuk Trainers/ Teachers/ Consultants, who have hands-on experience in the field of Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Lean Practices. Parallel, we have developed our interest in the field of psychology and to specialize (SME) in the field of motivational trainer, specializing in Leadership (various levels), Team Building, Communication Skills, and related Behavioral Skills topics, etc. We have a team of 10 trainers who all put together training on 100 different topics. The average work experience of the team members is 30 years each. All the team members have been working at senior levels in the industry.
